We are now forming our next Into The Light Women Survivors Group Psycho-Educational Course. Here are some of the benefits of attending:

Course Venue: Seven sessions on line via Zoom. Three sessions are in person Ealing West London
Course Dates: Wednesday evenings 18th March to 20th May 2026
Course Time: 7.00 to 8.30 pm
Course Fees: For women in London fees are subsidised £20 – £5 per session

This is the first time I have been able to share my abuse in a group with other survivors so this has massively helped my isolation .It has helped me work though issues such as shame and boundaries in my therapy sessions alongside this course. I am able to identify my triggers more quickly and express grief more readily rather than bury it. It has helped me work through difficulties in my relationships.
I don’t feel so lonely in my traumatic experience. I don’t feel so much shame and can talk about my past more freely. It is a very intensive course but I am glad I took part.
