Into the Light is holding an online workshop for survivors of sexual abuse and their supporters.
It will be looking at: Shame, Thinking Patterns, Memories, Pleasure, Sexuality and Healing.
It is a friendly and hopeful atmosphere..with lots of handouts and the opportunity to connect with others.
It will take place on Saturday 14th November 2026 at 2.00pm–5.00pm and will be online.
Only a couple of spaces are left.
Fees:
£45 for people working
£35 early bird rate before 14th October
£20 for people on a low income
The workshop is for survivors and partners, and may also be relevant for counsellors and mental health professionals.
