Perhaps you have had a break from work, fitness regime and even therapy and now the fun is over! September can feel like standing at a foot of a mountain staring up at all the work ahead. How can we manage this?
Here are some strategies that I hope will help you:
- Take one task at a time.
- Rest when you need to.
- Ask for support when it feels too heavy.
- Trust you are stronger than your current doubts.
- And more than ever come back to the present moment when you feel overwhelmed.
Take every small step forward as progress, and don’t you feel you need to have the rest of 2025 figured out on September 1st.
