Welcoming Everyone To Our Into The Light Workshop   Recently updated !

We are really excited to welcome everyone attending to our Into The Light workshop tomorrow.

This workshop is for people of all genders who are Survivors and also those who support Survivors – this could be partners, friends and also counsellors and mental health professionals.

During the workshop we will be looking at shame, sexuality, the addictive feelings that can come with anxiety and also the pressure we can be under to “recover” quickly.

Alongside this, one of the main aims of the workshop is to offer a chance to break out of the isolation they may feel as Survivors.

This has proved to be the case in the past where one of our Workshop Attendees fedback to us that:

“I felt like I took the first step out of my self imposed isolation. Thank you to the team for being non judgemental, compassionate and caring. It’s one of the few safe experiences I’ve had as a survivor. Thank you for sharing your own experiences, it made me feel normal and seen”

We are holding this workshop again in November and it is on line so accessible throughout the UK.

However, this may not be the space you are looking for right now – but we would encourage you to please reach out to someone today if you are feeling isolated and lonely in your experiences as a Survivor.  Just making that first step could ultimately result in a life that is more connected, relational  and happier.
