One of the main services to reach out to in the UK is The Survivors Trust.
The Survivors Trust offer a free and confidential helpline to Survivors and support anyone affected by rape, child sexual abuse and sexual assault. They provide other services as well including groups, signposting and support. They have over 120 member organizations throughout the UK who provide support services to over 100,000 survivors each year.
