We have subsidised spaces coming up for our Autumn Women Survivors Group Psycho-Educational Course for London Women Survivors. Autumn may seem a long way away but we are starting to form the group in the next few weeks.
This is a psycho-educational topic based course facilitated by Trained Counsellors especially tailored for the needs of Women Survivors of CSA. This course has been running for over 30 years in various forms and many of the groups have developed into strong friendships and peer support groups.
Topics include: Looking at Shame, Anger, Sexuality, Building Boundaries, Impact of Betrayal, Eating, Flashbacks and Grounding, Developing Trust in Relationships and Healthy Lifestyle Choices

Course Venue: Seven sessions on line via Zoom. Three sessions are in person Ealing West London
Course Dates: Wednesday 24th September to Wednesday 26th November
Course Time: 7.00 to 8.30 pm
Course Fees: For women in London fees are subsidised £20 – £5 per session
Couse Assessment Sessions: Via Zoom on 3rd or 10th September in the evening
