We are a not for profit organisation here to provide support, counselling and resources to you if you are a Survivor of Sexual Abuse or someone who supports a Survivor.  We understand that talking about sexual abuse can be extremely painful but it is our aim to provide you with support, hope and a way through to rebuilding your life.

The Services We Offer Include:

Women’s Groups / One to One / online sessions. Our ten week topic based psycho-educational course for Survivors has been running for over twenty years and many people have said their life has been changed… read more

Over 800 Survivors, their partners and supporters including counsellors have attended our informative and interactive workshops. Our next workshop is on Saturday 25th April 2026, 2 – 5pm, online event. read more

We offer supportive, caring and non judgmental counselling on a one to one basis either face to face in London or online throughout the UK. read more
